The mission of the Waller County Constable Department, Pct. 2 is to serve and protect the citizens of Waller County while maintaining integrity and professionalism at all times.

Precinct 2 is committed to upholding the law with respect and compassion to those in need.  The Waller County Constable Department, Pct 2 strives to effectively and efficiently process and execute court orders, both civil and criminal.

Our goal is to accomplish quality service and to promote safety throughout the community and the general public.
